Violation Description: In March, 2010, there was a fire on the platform. After the fire, it was determined that a nipple, on the discharge piping of gas driven oil pipeline pump, developed a crack and sprayed produced oil in the vicinity of the engine's exhaust, which caused vibration issues. As a result of the investigation after the fire by BOEMRE, it was determined that the operator knew of the vibration issues and did not address them in a timely manner.
